On to Villenge

Next stop was Vellinge. Another nice Vellinge with some good places to eat and a variety of grocery shops.  Not too many tourists at all.  This is where we had lunch.  The best clubhouse sandwich we’ve ever had.  Thankfully we shared it.  It was huge and it also cost $21.00.
So after lunch we came back to Höllviken and went for a walk. Then stopped for a drink at a little Greek place.  Sat in the sun and watched the world go by.  It was lovely.  Came back to our wee house for dinner.  Which was a charcuterie board (without the board because we don’t have one).  We also cannot get the two burner stove to work.  We’ve tried for two days.........no instructions and our hosts were not here.  They didn’t get back until about ten last night.  Today is our last day and we have eggs to cook so we better get this figured out.
Apparently laundromats are not very common here in Sweden either.  The only one I can find on google is in Stockholm.  I could do a hand wash but there is no where to dry it .  I guess we’ll arrive in Scotland dirty.

  1. Thanks for some more great pictures. Have no fear, we have all necessary requirements for clean laundry in Fife;-) Not long now. Bid & Les

  2. Oh boy! Clean clothes. Can you imagine a country that doesn’t have laundry facilities for travellers? Oh well....good thing we’re not dirty.
